Rotary switch
The rotary switch «Position 1» controls the temperature of the glass displays. The scale goes from
0 - 12, where 0 = no power and 12 = full power.

Toggle switch
The toggle switch «Position 2» is used to switch the IR spotlights ON or OFF. The lighting / heating
is always for the entire display.
Before you load the appliance with warm packaged and non-packaged food, wait until
the desired temperature has been attained.
11 Cleaning
Afterwards we would like to give you some advice on maintenance, care, trouble shooting and service
for your warming device. The appliance must be cleaned inside and outside daily according to the hy-
giene regulations, because only this guarantees an optimal presentation of the goods.
Attention,
the Beer Hot Tower is an electrical appliance. Before cleaning disconnect
the appliance of the mains (pull out plug / switch off main switch).
