Notes on the non-stick coating of the milk container
NOTE
The inside of milk container (1) has a non-stick ceramic coa-

ting. This is designed to prevent milk and fat from sticking to
the container.
Possibilities for use
You can prepare tasty milk froth for approx. three to four cups of
cappuccino or Latte Macchiato easily with the device. You can
use various different milk types. It does not matter if you froth milk
from cows, goats or soy, the protein content is decisive for the
result and not the origin or fat content. It is therefore possible to
create creamy froth from milk with a low fat content.
Another advantage: if you are allergic to cow‘s milk, you could
use soy milk instead. You do not have to do without a tasty cap-
puccino!
