Using the buffet warmer
Put the frame attachment (3) onto the

base appliance (2).
Fill the Gastronorm containers (8,

9) with food and insert them into the
frame attachment (3).
Move the rotary switch to level

Place the lid (7 or 10) onto the Gas-
‹
tronorm containers (8 or 9) to prevent
food from drying out.
Using as hot plate
Remove the frame attachment (3).

Move the rotary switch to level

After using
Switch off the appliance and pull the
‹
plug out of the mains socket.
Allow the appliance to cool down com-
‹
pletely.
Rinse the containers with water.

Clean the appliance and the accesso-
‹
ries used as described in the section
Cleaning and care .
Storage
If you do not intend to use the appliance
for a longer period of time, clean it as de-
scribed in the section Cleaning and care .
Store the appliance and all accessory
parts at a dry, clean and frost-free loca-
tion, which is protected against direct
sunlight.

Before beginning work, pay attention to
the safety instructions in the section on
safety!
Cleaning the appliance
Wipe the base appliance (2) with a

damp cloth.
All other parts can be cleaned in a
‹
warm washing-up liquid solution or in
the dish washer.
Dry all parts of the appliance thor-
‹
oughly after cleaning.
NOTE
Dried and caked food residues can ►
be removed more easily if you allow
them to soak in warm washing-up
liquid solution for 10 minutes before
cleaning.
