tab,
Pending
for the
Filter Name,
and
Add Order
button from
the local navigation bar

Select the
Slides
tab and select the
Add Order
button from the local navigation
bar.

On the Add Order screen, enter the specimen ID manually or by using the bar-
code scanner.

Select the desired radio buttons for
Make,
or
Make and Stain
.

Select the number of slides to be made, and/or made and staining using +/-
buttons or editing the default value of 1.

If desired, select the
Patient
button and
Add Patient
from the local navigation bar
to add patient demographics.

Enter patient information and select
OK
.

Select the
Submit
button from the local navigation bar.
