FCS Information

Duplicate Plot

This option creates an exact duplicate of the currently selected Plot.

(

Ctrl+D

)

may be used as a keyboard shortcut for the same function.

Color Dot Plot

The Color Dot Plot option provides two-parameter displays of data and allows any combination of
the parameters to be selected. Each dot in a Color Dot Plot represents one event (cell or particle).
The dot location gives the parameter values for each event. Each parameter can have a channel
number from 0 to 255 for 256 channel data or 0 to 1023 for 1024 channel data. The colors of the dots
reflect the Gate or combination of Gates used to create the plot.

and Regions for display.
