Selecting Contiguous Cells
Contiguous cells can be selected by following the steps below.
1. Mouse-click on the first cell in the column or row to be selected.
2. Press and hold down the
Shift
key.
3. Mouse-click the last cell (in the column or row) to be selected.
If (using the above steps) cell A1 is selected and then cell D3 is selected, all
the cells between A1 and D3 will be selected. (See Figure 71)
4. Release the
Shift
key.
