To add a user profile to the system, select the
Add
button on the Manage Users Page to display the
Add User
page.
To edit an existing user profile, select the User ID and select
Edit
on the Manage Users Page to
display the
Edit User
page. The pages contain the same options.
In addition to the Header Bar and the Footer Bar, the
Add/Edit User
page contains the following
elements:
•
Select the
User ID
field to enter a User ID for a new user profile. Select
OK
to return to the
Add
User
page.
NOTE
Once you have saved the page, the User ID cannot be changed.
•
Select the
PIN
field to set or change the PIN. Enter the new PIN in the
Enter PIN
field, and repeat
the same number in the
Confirm PIN
field. Select
OK
to return to the
Add/Edit User
page.
•
Select the
Email
field to enter or change the user’s email. Enter or change the email address and
select
OK
to return to the
Add/Edit User
page.
NOTE
If the system is configured for email, all diagnostic messages will be sent to this address.
•
Select the
Full Name
field to enter or change the name associated with this user profile. Enter
or change the name and select
OK
to return to the
Add/Edit User
page.
•
Select the
Phone Number
field to enter or change the user’s phone number. Enter or change the
phone number and select
OK
to return to the
Add/Edit User
page.
