NOTE:
• The Dryer mode must be operated in a closed room, with no doors
and windows open.
• For the optimal dehumidification, start by removing most of the
clothes’ humidity.
• Direct the airflow at the wet clothes (See Fig. A).
• For thick and heavy wet clothes, you may not get the optimal
dehumidification.
CAUTION
• Do not cover the unit’s air outlet with clothes, as it may cause
excessive heat, fire or the unit to fail.
• Do not place wet clothes on top of the unit and do not let water get
into the unit. It may cause electric shock, creepage or the unit to fail.

Positioning the unit
A dehumidifier operating in a basement will have little or no effect in
drying an adjacent enclosed storage area, such as a closet, unless there
is adequate air circulation in and out of the area.
• Do not use the unit outdoors.
