Storage
Remove the boat from the water
. Leaving the boat in the water for any longer than a few days will promote algae growth on the hull.
Store on a trailer or other supports under the hull. Supports must run along the length of the hull, not
Across it.
Do not store on the ground.
Do not store where temperatures are too hot, as this can distort the hull.
If on a trailer, make sure to loosen tie down straps so hull does not distort over time.
If stored on other supports, there should be at least one under each side of the hull, placed along the length
of the hull. Make sure each support is at least 3 ½” wide and 5’ long. Note: A 2” x 4” on end is too narrow
and will dent the hull.
