CONTRAINDICATIONS
Under no circumstances should
the device be used by persons affected by any of these conditions:
Cancer, epilepsy, viral diseases
In a state of high fever
Serious kidney or liver disease
Heart disease, pacemaker, hypertension
Metal implants in the body
Vascular disorders or arteosclerosis
Pregnancy
Menstruation
Acneiform keratosis, basaliomas, melanomas, spinaliomas, atopic eczema, contact eczema,
solar dermatitis, psoriasis
Persons taking anti-clotting medication
Persons who require constant supervision may use the device only after consulting a
physician
Never move the device on the eyelids, temple area or thyroid area
USING SONOGEL
Before use, a thin layer of clear conductive gel
(not included) should be applied to the skin. The
application gel, called SONOGEL, can be
purchased at any medical supply store (can also
be purchased at a pharmacy). The gel is very
important for the use of the device. It forms a
necessary bonding layer between the applicator
and the skin. It is water-based. It cannot harm
the applicator head. The use of the applicator gel
is essential. EMS electrical pulses can penetrate
the skin better.
