The vibration function is not suitable for all users.

Please observe the contraindications on page 21.
NOTE:
Each programme starts with a warm-up phase and ends with
a cooling-down phase. A vibration programme normally lasts
for 10 minutes. The vibration programme will terminate with
light application if an application time of less than 10 minutes
has been entered. A one-minute long cooling down phase
will start immediately (example: 7 minute application time,
7 minute vibration pro 1 minute cooling down
phase).

Place your feet on the footmarks (1).

Do not push your knees right through (2).

You can hold onto the hand straps to make you feel safer if you want (3).

Select Programme 1 as the first application in order to test the compatibil-
ity (4).

Press the START/STOP button (5) to stop the vibration plate if you think
that it is causing discomfort or vertigo.
