5  Operation Procedure 

 

NOTE

:  This appliance will automatically turn off after approximately 20  minutes of 

operation. The Auto Off function should not be a substitute for manually turning off your 

appliance. 

 

Do Not use for more than 15 minutes at a time without a 30 minute cool down period in 

between uses. 

 

Do Not use more than 2 times a day. (total of 30 minutes per day) 

 

Always remember to turn off and unplug when not in use. 

 

5.1  Power 

 

  Before first use, please read the Instruction Manual carefully. 

 

  Insert the plug into the power point and switch on. 

 

  Press the On /Off switch, which is located under the front left lip, to the “I” On Position. 

 

  The appliance is now ready for use. 

 

5.2  Massage Control Operation 

 

  Sit comfortably on a chair and place the unit on the flat ground in front of you. 

 

  Press the             button and the massager rings will start to rotate and 

the outer edge of the button will glow Green indicating Low Speed. 

 

  Press the button  again  and the massage rings will speed up and the 

outer edge of the button will glow Blue indicating Med Speed. 

 

  Press the button  again  and the massage  rings will speed up and the 

outer edge of the button will glow Red indicating High Speed. 

 

  Press the button again and the massage rings will stop rotating and the outer edge of the 

button will not glow any colour indicating Off / Standby Mode. 

 

5.3  Heat Function 

  To use the Heat Function, press the         button at any time, with or without the rings 

rotating. The lamps underneath the rings will illuminate and the outer edge of the button 

will glow Red indicating Heating. 

 

  Press the Heat Button again and the heat lamps and indicator light will turn off.
