•  Press MODE to select Soup. When Soup  illuminates, a tone will sound. 

Soup and the default 8:C (8 cups) and 1 hour 30 minutes (1:30)  will 

appear on the display. 

•  Press + to change to 12:C (12 cups) (press – to return to 8:C). 2 hours 

(2:00) will appear on the display. 

•  Press the 

 button when desired quantity is on the display, slow 

cooking will begin, and TIME will count down. 

NOTE: TIME may be adjusted at any time during slow cooking. press + or - .  

The time will flash for 5 seconds then lock the time. 

•  When the time is over, the unit will beep 3 times and go in Warm mode 

for 2h.
