• Plug in the appliance and press the steam symbol of the button ( ). A light
indicator and a sound signal indicates the start of cooking.
• At the end of the cooking time (see table below), a sound signal is heard and
the steam symbol of the button flashes. To stop it, press this button.
• Unlock the lid and remove the basket using the handle.
• Empty the contents of the basket into a dish.

BABYCOOK RICE-COOKER RECIPES
Quantities for 1 portion (about 150 g)
VANILLA MILK SEMOLINA
Cooking time: 24 mins
INGREDIENTS
- 60 g medium semolina
- 20 g brown sugar
- Semi-skimmed milk (200 ml)
- 1/2 vanilla pod
• Pour the water into the reservoir of the Babycook up to level 3.
• Put the semolina and the sugar into the Rice-cooker.
• Scrape the half vanilla pod with the tip of a knife to collect the seeds. Dilute the
vanilla seeds in the milk. Pour the semi-skimmed milk over the semolina-sugar
mixture and mix gently.
• Close the Babycook and cook for 24 mins.
• At the end of the cooking time, unlock the lid and remove the basket using the
handle.
• Empty the water from the bowl and pour the contents of the Rice-cooker into it.
• Mix for a few seconds to remove any lumps.
• Leave to cool.
• Serve with a small biscuit.
Suggestion : Depending on the age of the child, you can add about a dozen raisins to
the semolina before cooking.
