Washers (J), secure Wall Cleat (E) into installed

Toggle Bolts (C).

Step 12 (optional)

Using

Screw (F), attach Metal Leg (G), to Console (H)

with

Phillips

Screwdriver (A). Do not overtighten.

The toggle anchor is set.
