Step 4 - Insert hardware into modesty panel

Insert the

4 barrel housings H4

into the 4 holes on the face of the

modesty panel C3

Align

the through hole

on the side of the barrel housing with the hole on the edge of the panel as shown. Tap

4 wooden dowels H1

into 4 holes on side of

modesty panel C3

with a small

mallet

hammer

Step 5 - Attach modesty panel to leg frames

Position

modesty panel C3

with 2 notches as shown. Connect the leg frames to the modesty panel and

tighten the

4 set screws H3

using a

slotted screwdriver

as shown.

Please note

, if you want the set screw

hardware to be hidden from view in the back, you can turn the modesty panel around so that the set screw
hardware is facing towards the front of the desk. Tap

into 2 holes on each

leg frame

with a small

mallet

Align hole on barrel

with hole on panel edge
