12.3.3 QC Review Report
QC Review slides are a subset of all Review slides whose scores indicate that they are most
likely to contain abnormality (see Figure 12
-
6). Within a print set, these slides are the ones most
likely to contain abnormality and have been selected for QC rescreening. All slides having an
action of QC Review must be rescreened as part of your QC program. This report is used as a
worksheet to aid in the selection of slides for QC re-screening. Refer to Section 19.2 for detailed
information on how to handle QC review slides.
