Slide a part D rear wheel onto the rear axle, then replace the nut/washer to secure the wheel.
Repeat on the other side.
Remove the nuts/washers from the front axle. Slide a washer and part C front wheel onto the front axle,
then replace a nut/washer to secure the wheel. Repeat on the other side. Snap a part E hub cap onto
each wheel.
