COOKING ON THE GRILL

Place charcoal on top of the charcoal grill and light it.

It is recommended that the unit is heated up and the fuel is hot for at least 30 minutes prior to first cooking on

   the unit.

DO NOT cook before the charcoal has a coating of ash.

If refueling is required, use heat-resistant gloves and grill handles to safely remove the grill and add fuel.

When cooking has finished, extinguish the charcoal with water or sand.

Ensure that the barbecue has completely cooled down before moving it and cleaning the charcoal ash.

Always clean the grill, cooking surfaces, and utensils with warm soapy water after you are done grilling.

To prolong the life of the metal parts, do not leave the barbecue outside and unprotected from the weather. This

appliance should be stored in a garage or garden shed when not in use.

COOKING NOTICE

Always wash your hands before and after handling uncooked meat, and also before eating.

Always keep raw meat away from cooked meat and other foods.

Before cooking, ensure that the grill surfaces and tools are clean and free of old food residue.

DO NOT use the same utensils to handle cooked and uncooked foods.

Ensure all meat is cooked thoroughly before eating.

CAUTION: Eating raw or undercooked meat can cause food poisoning.

Pre-cooking larger pieces of meat and joints is recommended before finishing cooking on the grill.
