COOKING ON THE GRILL
•
Place charcoal on top of the charcoal grill and light it.
•
It is recommended that the unit is heated up and the fuel is hot for at least 30 minutes prior to first cooking on
the unit.
•
DO NOT cook before the charcoal has a coating of ash.
•
If refueling is required, use heat-resistant gloves and grill handles to safely remove the grill and add fuel.
•
When cooking has finished, extinguish the charcoal with water or sand.
•
Ensure that the barbecue has completely cooled down before moving it and cleaning the charcoal ash.
•
Always clean the grill, cooking surfaces, and utensils with warm soapy water after you are done grilling.
•
To prolong the life of the metal parts, do not leave the barbecue outside and unprotected from the weather. This
appliance should be stored in a garage or garden shed when not in use.
