Fully charge the charging case before first use. To charge,
connect the case to a USB charger or charging port with
the included USB-A to C Cable. When all 3 LED charging
indicator lights are white, the case is fully charged. Charging
takes around 2.5 hours; and after being fully charged, the
case can fully charge the earbuds 5 times. The earbuds
should be stored in the case when not in use.
Note: Remove the protective film from the earbuds when
using for the first time.

The earbuds are on, but not connecting to my device
For the earbuds and your device to establish a connection,
you need to put them both in pairing mode. Please follow
the instructions in the Pairing section of this manual.
I’ve connected the earbuds with my smartphone but can’t
hear any sound
Double-check the volume level on your smartphone and
the earbuds. Some smartphones require you to set up the
earbuds as an audio output device before the audio can
be transmitted. If you’re using a music player or other
device, please make sure it supports the A2DP profile.
Note: the color of LED indicator varies when the the color of
earbuds change.

panels on both earbuds for 10 seconds when they are in the
changing case
In pairing mode, the earbuds will automatically turn off after
5 minutes if no devices are paired
If one of the earbuds has no sound output, put both earbuds
back in the charging case and take them out again
The wireless operating range is 10m (33ft). If you exceed
this range, the earbuds will disconnect from your paired
device. The connection will be re-established if you re-enter
the wireless range within 2 minutes. The earbuds will
automatically reconnect to the last-paired device. To
connect with other devices, repeat the previous pairing

The sound isn’t very clear or the caller can’t hear my voice
clearly
Adjust the volume on your smartphone and the earbuds. Try
moving closer to your smartphone to rule out the possibility of
interference or wireless range-related issues.
What’s the wireless range of the earbuds?
The maximum range is 10m (33ft). However, the actual range
depends on environmental factors. For optimal performance,
keep your device connected within a range of roughly 4m
to 8m and make sure that there are no major obstacles (like
reinforced steel walls) between the earbuds and your
device.
The earbuds won’t turn on
Try charging the earbuds for a while. If the earbuds still won’t
power on, please contact our support team at the email

Chargez complètement le boîtier de charge avec les écouteurs
à l'intérieur avant la première utilisation. Pour charger le
boîtier, connectez-le à un chargeur USB ou à un port de
charge à l'aide du câble USB-C fourni. Lorsque les 3 voyants
LED de charge sont blancs, le boîtier est complètement
chargé. Le chargement prend environ 2,5 heure, et après
