Step 5 (Install the drawer)
a) Insert the two side rollers of the drawer (5)
into the two roller guides on the cart
assembly.
b) Push the drawer forward into cart assembly.
Step 4 (Install the doors)
a) Insert the pin on the bottom of left door (4-1)
into the pre-drilled hole on lower left front side
of the cart assembly.
b)
Push down the pin on the top of left door
and insert it into the pre-drilled hole on
upper left front side of the cart assembly.
c) Repeat the procedure for the right door (4-2)
with the right-front side of the cart assembly.
Step 6 (Install the body assembly with cart assembly)
a) Put the body assembly (6) on top of the cart
assembly.
b) Align the holes on the right side of cart assembly with
the holes on the right side of body assembly.
c) Insert one M6 x 20mm bolt (A), one M6 spring washer
(D) and one M6 washer (E) into each pre-drilled hole.
d) Repeat the procedure with the left side of cart
assembly and the left side of body assembly.
e) Go back to tighten all the bolts using the screwdriver
provided.
