B) Retro installations operate the Ecogen with a new or existing external system wiring centre. This means that the installer has the option to retain an existing room thermostat,

10.3 Complete Wiring Configuration
1. All wiring external to the appliance must be in accordance with I.E.E. BS 7671 requirements for Electrical Installations.
IMPORTANT: Before running the appliance ensure parameter 5700 has been set according to the type of system installed.
