 Important!

When using the equipment, a few safety pre-

cautions must be observed to avoid injuries and

damage. Please read the complete operating

instructions and safety regulations with due care.

Keep this manual in a safe place, so that the in-

formation is available at all times. If you give the

equipment to any other person, hand over these

operating instructions and safety regulations as

well. We cannot accept any liability for damage

or accidents which arise due to a failure to follow

these instructions and the safety instructions.

1. Safety regulations

General safety regulations and accident pre-

vention

It is essential that you read the safety regulations

and operating instructions in their entirety and

follow the information contained therein in order

to eliminate the possibility of an accident or po-

tentially dangerous situation from occurring while

working with the high-pressure cleaner.

•

The electrical connection must be installed by

an electrician in accordance with IEC 60364.

•

The power plug must be plugged into a pro-

perly installed and earthed socket outlet with

connected earth-leakage circuit breaker (30

mA).

•

Always check the device, the mains cable

and the plug before using the high-pressure

cleaner. Only operate the device when it is in

good working order and has not been dama-

ged in any way. Damaged parts must be im-

mediately replaced by a qualified electrician.

•

Always pull the power plug out of the socket

outlet before doing any work on the high-

pressure cleaner, before changing the nozzle

and whenever the cleaner is not being used.

•

Only use suitable extension cables when wor-

king outdoors. Extension cables must have a

minimum cross-section of 1.5 mm

2

. The plug

connections must have earthing contacts and

be rainwater-protected. Cables over 10 m in

length must have a cross section of at least

2.5 mm

.

•

Warning! This device was developed to be

used with cleaning agents supplied or recom-

mended by the manufacturer. The use of any

other cleaning agents or chemicals can nega-

tively affect the safety of the device.

•

Warning! Do not use the device when other

•

persons or animals are in the near vicinity un-

less they are wearing appropriate protective

clothing.

•

Warning! High-pressure jets can be dange-

rous when the cleaner is not used properly.

Do not direct the jet toward persons, animals,

live

•

electrical equipment or the device itself.

•

Do not direct the jet toward yourself or others

in order to clean clothes and footwear.

•

Do not allow the high-pressure cleaner to be

used by children or unauthorized persons.

•

 Warning! High-pressure hoses, fittings and

couplings are important components that

help to ensure device safety. Only use high-

pressure hoses, fittings and couplings that

are recommended by the manufacturer.

•

In order to ensure the operational safety of

the device, only use genuine manufacturer’s

replacement parts or parts that have been

approved by the manufacturer.

•

Do not operate the device if the mains cable

or other important parts of the device - e.g.

safety-related elements, high-pressure hoses,

spray pistol - are damaged.

•

Warning! Unsuitable extension cables can be

dangerous.

•

Do not pull or carry the electric tool by its

mains cable. Protect the mains cable from be-

coming damaged by oil, solvents and sharp

edges. Do not pull or carry the electric tool by

its mains cable.

•

Keep your place of work tidy.

•

Ensure that the switch is turned off when con-

necting the unit to the power supply.

•

 Wear suitable work clothes.

•

Check your high-pressure cleaner to ensure

that it is in good working order. If the cleaner

is not functioning properly, have it checked by

an authorized professional. Have all mainte-

nance and inspection work carried out only by

a qualified electrician or ISC GmbH.

•

The water jet that emerges from the high-

pressure nozzle produces a „kickback“ on

the spray pistol. Therefore, make sure that

you have a solid footing and that you have a

firm hold of the pistol grip. In order to protect

yourself from possible flying objects (that are

released due to the high pressure), wear sui-

table protection gear.

•

Use cleaning agents sparingly. Observe the

dosing instructions of the manufacturer.

•

The high-pressure jet can damage vehicle

tires and tire parts. Keep a distance of at least

30 cm from the object being cleaned.

•

If there is a power failure while you are using
