Damage due to removal of sensor under voltage
Removing the sensor from the system control cabinet
under voltage may damage the electronics or cause a
data loss.

Only remove the sensor from the system control
cabinet when the cabinet is switched off.

The sensor is operated via the operating software of the system
control. Information on operation can be found in the control
system operating manual.
The sensors have different electronics and software.
These versions differ due to the requirements for adhe-
sive monitoring. Depending on the application and the
configuration, settings may differ or may not be avail-
able.
The basic operation remains the same.
The following configurations should be made:

Sensor offset value
n
Product detection sensitivity
n
Adhesive detection sensitivity
Depending on the application and the configuration of
the system, further settings may be necessary.
The status indicator for the sensor shows the status of the sensor
with the 3 LEDs.
