The freezer drawers are protected against accidental extraction.

To remove a drawer from the appliance, open it and lift the front 
part upwards. Then pull it out. 

 

o

 

Certain models are fitted with pull out slide guides which 
facilitate opening.  

 

o

 

Pull out guide drawers are extracted by lifting the rear end and 
pulling out at an angle under 45 degrees. You need to reinsert 
them the opposite way, to put a pull out guide drawer back into 
position.
