PIZZA FUNCTION: This method of cooking uses the lower
and circular element, whilst the heat is distributed by the fan.
This reproduces the same conditions as a traditional clay
wood-fire stove
DEFROST MODE: The fan runs without heat to reduce the
defrosting time of frozen foods. The time required to defrost
the food will depend on the room temperature, the quantity
and type of food. Always check food packaging for the defrosting
instructions.
AUTO-RECIPES: This function allows you access to the 30
preset recipes and 100 personal recipes for quick and
efficient cooking.
PREHEATING: The boost function can be used for rapid
preheating to shorten cooking times.
