Error codes
The following error codes may appear in the timer display if there is a
problem with the operation of the hob.
Fault Possible

F0, FA, FC, FU,
F5,
Electronic fault.
Micro-emitter or
micro-receiver fault.
Contact the Customer Care

FE, Ft, Fc, F1,
F2, F7, F8, F3,

Temperature and/or
sensor failure
Check that the pan is of the correct
size to be used on a particular zone.
If the pan is correctly sized and the
error code reappears then Contact the
Customer Care Department, quoting
the error code.
F9 Abnormal
voltage
from the mains
supply
Check whether the power supply is
operating normally.
“r”
Restricted power
Check whether the power supply is
operating normally. If no fault found
contact Customer Care.
“u”
Pan sensor error
Check that you are using suitable
utensils.
“H” Residual
heat
sensor
This light should go out when the hob
zone has cooled.
If you encounter any error codes then please try turning the appliance
off and back on again. If the error code still appears then please take
note of it and report the code to Customer Care, before attempting to
use the appliance.
