Keyboard and case is
not working.
Ensure the tablet is properly docked onto the
keyboard and case.
Use a fine, non-abrasive brush to dislodge any
foreign particles and clean in the magnetic
docking.
Keys are sticky or dirty.
Clean the keys lightly using a dry or slightly damp
cloth. Do not use alcohol, thinners, benzene or
any other chemical cleaners.
Use a fine non-abrasive brush to dislodge any
foreign particles and clean in between keys.
Holding the keyboard and case securely (without
the tablet docked), shake it upside down.
