Common problems and solutions
Device can’t fi nd the headset
a. Confi rm the Bluetooth® headset is turned on. The LED indicator
light should be fl ashing red and blue.
b. If the Bluetooth® headset is switched on but still cannot be
found, restart the Bluetooth® pairing process on the device and
restart the headset.
Connection or noise interference
a. Check the battery power and recharge the headset, if
necessary.
b. Make sure the headset is within its effective Bluetooth®
working range of 26 feet.
The red light is not on when charging
a. If the headset is not used for a long time, it needs to charge for
about 3 minutes before the red light illuminates.
b. Headset is already charged.
