Herstellergarantie
Alle Baufix Bauteile werden einer sorgfältigen Prüfung unter-
zogen. Sollten dennoch Fehler auftreten, gelten folgende Ga-
rantie-Bedingungen:
Die Gewährleistungsfrist beträgt vom Verkaufsdatum an
gerechnet 24 Monate. Die Garantie umfasst nachweisliche
Material- und Fabrikationsfehler. Ausgeschlossen ist der
Garantieanspruch bei Schäden durch unsachgemäße
Behandlung/Nutzung oder durch Fremdeingriffe. Von der
Garantieleistung ausgeschlossen sind Transport-, Ver-
packungs- und Fahrtkosten. Diese sind vom Käufer zu tragen.
Alle Ansprüche auf Wandlung, Minderung oder Schadenser-
satz sind ausgeschlossen.
Manufacturer‘s Warrantee
All Baufix products are warranteed to be free from manu-
facturing and product defects for up to 24 months. Should
a manufacturing or production defect be discovered please
return the product to us. Defects caused by improper use or
unauthorized alteration will not be covered. All items must be
returned at consumers expense. We will at our option repair
or replace the item and send it back post paid by us. All other
claims for any other compensation are not valid and will be
excluded.
