Adjust the base frame to be square and level.

Confirm that all bolts are properly tightened
and the lift has been properly assembled.

Lower the lift completely, then raise it slightly.

Disconnect the hydraulic hose quick couplers
in the Power Unit box to separate it from the lift.

Move the lift into its operational position.

Re-connect the hydraulic hose quick couplers
in the Power Unit box.

Adjust the base frame to be square and level.

Tighten the leg set screws completely.

Keel Block [3 places]

QTY 12: 5/16 lock washers

QTY 12: 5/16 flat washers

QTY 12: 5/16 hex nuts

Adjust the height and position of the bunks so
that the boat’s keel will rest lightly on the keel
blocks.
