(Rechargeable) batteries

•  Correct polarity must be observed while inserting the (rechargeable) batteries.
•  (Rechargeable) batteries should be removed from the device if it is not used

for a long period of time to avoid damage through leaking. Leaking or damaged

(rechargeable) batteries might cause acid burns when in contact with skin,

therefore use suitable protective gloves to handle corrupted (rechargeable)

batteries.

•  (Rechargeable) batteries must be kept out of reach of children. Do not leave

(rechargeable) batteries lying around, as there is risk, that children or pets swallow

them.

•  All (rechargeable) batteries should be replaced at the same time. Mixing old and

new (rechargeable) batteries in the device can lead to (rechargeable) battery

leakage and device damage.

•  (Rechargeable) batteries must not be dismantled, short-circuited or thrown into

fire. Never recharge non-rechargeable batteries. There is a risk of explosion!

Features

•  High-power LEDs
•  Resilient rubberised casing

Operation

•

Unscrew the flashlight head from the flashlight.

•  Insert two new batteries into the shaft, observing the correct polarity. The correct polarity,

po and negative/-, is marked in the battery compartment.

•

Screw the flashlight head onto the flashlight again.

•

The batteries are flat when the flashlight’s light fades or the flashlight no longer lights up and

they have to be replaced as described above.

•  To secure a long battery life, only use alkaline types.
•  The use of rechargeable NiMH batteries results in a less intense light and a shorter operating

time because of the lower voltage and capacity.

•

The flashlight is switched on or off by pressing the button on the shaft.

Care and cleaning

•

Apart from replacing the batteries, the flashlight is maintenance-free.

•  Do not use any aggressive cleaning agents, rubbing alcohol or other chemical solutions as

they can cause damage to the housing and malfunctioning.

•  The surface of the device should only be cleaned with a slightly damp cloth or a dry brush.
•  Do not immerse the product in water.
