Intended use
The stroboscope light generates lighting effects and is used in private areas on dance floors, in party rooms etc.
The product can only be operated with an extra low voltage of 12 V/DC (direct current).
The product may only be used in enclosed indoor locations. Outdoor use is not allowed. Contact with humi-
dity, drips or water spray e.g., in bathrooms, must be avoided at all times.
Any use other than that described above will lead to damage to the product and will expose you to additional
risks, such as short-circuiting, fire, etc.
No part of the product may be modified or converted.
Always observe the safety instructions and all other information included in these operating instructions.

Safety instructions

not assume any liability for any resulting damage!
We do not assume any liability for personal injuries and material damages caused by the
improper use or non-compliance with the safety instructions! In such cases, the warranty
will be null and void!
• For safety reasons, any unauthorised conversion and/or modification of the product is not
permitted.
• The product is designed in compliance with safety class III and must only be used with an
appropriate 12V extra low voltage source. This voltage supply must always comply with the
standards and regulations on extra low voltage.
• Do not look straight into the flashing light during operation. The flashing light could temporarily
impair your eyesight. Moreover, they may trigger epileptic seizures in vulnerable persons. Of
course, this applies particularly to epileptics
• The device is an effect lamp and not a children’s toy. Keep it out of the reach of children.
• Never position containers containing liquids, such as glasses, buckets, vases or plants, in the
direct vicinity of the product. Liquids may seep into the casing and thus impair the safety of the
device. There is also a very high risk of fire! In such a case, switch off the device immediately
and disconnect it from the power supply. Do not use the product after that and take it to a
specialist workshop.
• Do not expose the device to high temperatures, dripping or spray water, strong vibrations or
heavy mechanical stress.
• Do not place naked flames, such as burning candles in the immediate vicinity of the device.
• Do not leave packaging materials unattended. It may become a dangerous plaything for chil-
dren.
• Never use the product without supervision.
• Use the product only in a temperate climate; do not use in tropical climate.

Installation and connection
A firm attachment must be ensured during installation.
Serious injury to persons can be caused by falling of the device.
• Determine the installation location and drill a hole through the middle of the installation surface to run the
cable through it.
• Separate both halves of the installation plate by twisting them against each other.
• Attach one half to the bottom of the stroboscope light with the two small screws. Use the two round holes
in the installation plate half to do this.
• Now, mount the other half with the two large screws on the installation surface. Use the two long holes in
the installation plate half to do this. The hole for the cable must be aligned in a central position to the instal-
lation plate. If required, use the wall plug provided or other wall plugs suitable for the installation surface.
• Pull the connecting cable through the drilled hole.
• Attach the stroboscope light by positioning it on the installation plate and turning it until it clicks into place.
• Connect the power supply cable to the power source. To do this, connect the red cable with the positive
pole and the black cable with the negative pole of the power source.
• Protect the power cable with a fuse, which should be placed as close to the power source as possible. The
fuse rating depends on the number of stroboscope lights or other loads connected to the power source. If
only one stroboscope light is connected, a fast 500 mA fuse is recommended.
Operation
• The stroboscope light starts working once it is supplied with power.
• In order to switch it off, the power source must be switched off (switch off the switch at the power cable or
the power source).
Maintenance and cleaning
This device is maintenance-free.
Please use a soft, dry, clean cloth for cleaning.
Never use aggressive cleaning agents or chemical solutions as these may damage the surface of the housing.
Disposal
Electronic devices are recyclable waste materials and must not be disposed of in the household
waste!
Please dispose of the product, when it is no longer of use, according to the current statutory
requirements.
