Setting the Baking Time
1. Rotate the timer clockwise to set the thermal processing time to up to 120
minutes.
2. Rotate the timer counter-clockwise to set the
continuous operation mode.
With this setting, the appliance will not switch off
automatically. To switch the appliance off, set the
timer to '0'.

Baking Pizza
1. Use the handle to open the oven door.
2. Place the prepared pizza (Ø of up to 40 cm) on the baking chamber bottom.
3. Close the oven door.
CAUTION!
Never leave the operating appliance without supervision!
Observe the baking process through the door sight glass.
4. When the baking time elapses, open the oven door.
Oven door will snap in a lock.
5. To open the oven door, lift it slightly.
6. When the baking time elapses, use suitable utensils to take the ready pizza out.
Switching Internal Lighting ON/OFF
1. If needed, the baking chamber internal lighting may be switched on.
2. Operate the relevant switch on the control panel of the appliance, by setting it in
'I'
position.
When the internal lighting is on, the green indicator light in the switch is on.
3. To switch the internal lighting off, set the switch to
'O'
position.
Switching the Appliance Off
1. If the appliance is not used, rotate the temperature controller and timer to '0'
settings.
