3. Press firmly the crank to cut
through the can’s lid with a knife.
4. By pressing the crank on the
centring plate an optimum
position of the can’s edge
between the knife and cutting
surface is determined.

5. Turn the plastic lever counter
clockwise until reaching the lock pin.
The distance between the stainless
steel knife and the transport wheel is
reduced. The can is tightly clamped
between the knife and the transport
wheel.
6. Press the plastic lever with one
hand and keep in this position
(pos. 01, fig. 10). Turn the crank
clockwise using another hand
(pos. 02, fig. 10), until opening
the can.
