Descaling
ATTENTION!
Lack of regular descaling of the hot-dog appliance, as set forth in the
instruction manual, may constitute a ground for rejecting warranty claims.
Such claims are not covered by the warranty!
Unfavourable characteristics of water, as well as salts, fats, spices coming out of
sausages favour creating of aggressive water solutions that may even enter into
reaction with metal.
1. Due the reasons outlined, descale the water pan daily; otherwise, pittings may
emerge in the pan.
2. Use commercially available descaling agents (observe manufacturer's
indications!) or a water and vinegar solution (in 3:1 ratio).
