  Do not use any accessory or spare parts that have not been recommended by the 

manufacturer. These can be dangerous for the user or lead to damages of the 
device or personal injury, and further, the warranty expires.  

  Do not move or tilt the device when in operation. 

  Avoid spraying the device with water, do not expose the device to atmospheric 

precipitation or other moisture. 

  Never operate the device with wet hands. 

 
 
 

5.2 Installation and connection 

 

Setup 

 

  Unpack the device and remove packing material. 

  Put the device in a secure place capable of supporting its weight. 

  Never place the device on a flammable surface. 

  To avoid malfunctions of the compressor, never tilt the device to an angle greater 

than 45º during transport and setup.

 

  Do not locate the device near open flames, electric ovens, heaters or other sources 

of heat such as direct sunlight. High temperatures can damage the device’s surface, 
reduce cooling power and increase energy consumption.

 

  Maintain at least 10 cm from walls and other objects to ensure proper circulation of 

air around the device. 

 

  Never cover the device’s ventilation ducts. 

  Do not put the device in spaces with high ambient humidity, as this may damage the 

device.

 

  Do not drill holes in the device and do not mount any objects on it. 

  Do not place any heavy objects on the device. 

 
 

Connecting the device 

 WARNING! Hazard via electrical current! 

The device can cause injuries due to improper installation!  
Before installation the local power grid specification should be compared with 
that of the device (see type label). 
Connect the device only in case of compliance!  
Take note of the security advice! 
 

  Before beginning to use the device, leave it in place for at least two hours before 

connecting it to a source of electricity.
