Connection
DANGER! Electric shock hazard!
The device can cause injuries due to improper installation!
Before installation and connecting the local power grid
specification should be compared with that of the device
(see rating plate). Connect the device only in case of
compliance!
Before the first use, the cake display show-case should be installed and left
standing for at least 2 hours before it is connected to the power supply.
After a power failure or removal of the plug, do not reconnect the device to the
power supply for at least 5 minutes.
The power supply circuit with the socket must be protected by the fuse of at least 16A.
Connect the device directly to a single grounded socket. Do not use any power bar or
multiple socket.
5.2 Operation
Clean the device thoroughly after unpacking and before connection, following the
instruction in section
6. „Cleaning“

Place the glass shelves for storing cakes, layer cakes, snacks, etc. on the installed
brackets. Follow the instructions in section
„Glass shelves“
. Close the glass door of
the device.
Connect the device to a single grounded outlet. The digital display will show the
temperature value and the LED coolant indictor will come one.
The device should reach the desired temperature before the food products are
placed inside.
