Replacing Gas Cartridge (Fig. 3, 4, 11)
WARNING!
Gas cartridges may be replaced only in open air, away from any possible
sources of ignition, such as: open flame, ignition flame, electric cooking
appliances. While at it, make sure there are no people in immediate
vicinity.
1. Set the rotary controller (17) to OFF
position (16).
2. Before you remove the gas cartridge,
make sure the burner is out.
3. When the flame is out, press the gas
cartridge locking lever (20) up to
UNLOCK (14) position. (Fig. 11)

4. Open the gas cartridge shaft cover (6) and remove the gas cartridge (8) from the
shaft.
5. Check gaskets before connecting the new gas cartridge. (Fig. 2)
6. Insert the a new gas cartridge, following instructions in section
'Inserting Gas
Cartridge'

6.1
Safety Instructions for Cleaning
• Before cleaning, leave the appliance to cool down completely.
• Do not clean the appliance with a pressurized water jet.
• Never clean the appliance with flammable or explosive liquids. When starting
the appliance up, vapours may cause fire or explosion.
• Do not use any sharp or pointed, nor metal implements (knife, fork, etc.). Sharp
or pointed objects may damage the appliance.
• For cleaning, do not use any scouring agents that contain solvents nor corrosive
cleaning agents. They may damage the surface.
• Do not use steel wool, wire brushes nor putty-knives, which may leave particles
of iron. These materials may get oxidized and leave the appliance with rust.
