Functions of the Appliance 

 

 

The cutlery polishing machine makes it possible to polish to high shine up to 1,500 
or 3,000 cutlery pieces per hour. Cutlery pieces are hygienically disinfected owing 
to the integrated UV lamp and the HACCP compliant operating temperature.
