Do not use any accessory or spare parts that have not been recommended by the
manufacturer. These can be dangerous for the user or lead to damages of the de-
vice or personal injury, and further, the warranty expires.

Do not lay the cable over carpets or heat insulations. Do not cover the cable. Keep
away the cable from operating range and do not dunk it into water.

The device can cause injuries due to improper installation!
Before installation the local power grid specification should be compared with
that of the device (see type label).
Connect the device only in case of compliance! Take note of the security advice!
5.2 Installation and connection
CAUTION!
Installation and connection of the unit may only be performed by qualified spe-
cialist personnel.
Setup
•
Unpack and remove all packing material and protective foil.
•
Place the unit on a flat, secure surface that can support the device's weight.
•
Never place the device on a flammable surface (e.g. carpet).
•
To avoid damage to the compressor, do not tilt the device to an angle greater than
45° during setup or transport.
•
Do not place the device near open sources of flame, electric cookers, furnaces or
other sources of heat such as direct sunlight. Heat can damage the surface of the
device, as well as have a negative effect on cooling power energy consumption.
•
The ideal ambient temperature around the device is max. 32 °C.
•
Do not place the device in locations with high humidity. Excessive humidity can
damage the device.
•
Place the device so that appropriate circulation is ensured. Maintain a minimum
distance of 15 cm at the rear, sides and ceiling or cabinet.
•
Never block the device's ventilation ducts.
