4.0 TEST BEFORE YOU TOUCH 

 

Your Tech 200 is designed primarily for Test Before You Touch (TBYT) to 

activate and verify the sensors are transmitting. What you will be looking for is: 

 

 

Pressure (Compared to Vehicle Placard) 

 

Battery Pass/Fail 

 

Sensor ID 

 

 

 

Tool Display 

 

 

 

It is also recommended that the sensors be physically inspected during the 

TBYT process for any of the following: 

 

 

Missing Valve Caps 

 

Wrong Valve Caps 

 

Corrosion 

 

Other Damages 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

To complete the TBYT, follow the Menu Flow from “Check Sensors” and set the 

tool up for the correct Make-Model-Year.
