Battery change:
If the BARIGO PENTA stops working or the display becomes inac-
curate, we recommend having the battery changed by an authorized
service workshop or a retail specialist (battery type: CR 2032).
-
To
change the batteries, first unscrew the cover on the rear using a coin
and carefully remove the white, protective foil. Now press a finger on
the securing plate that holds the battery in place, turning it clockwise
until both ends spring out of the slots and release the battery so that
it can be taken out. After a change of battery the watch functions will
not start up automatically. Press the
S4
button to restart the watch.
It
is important that you follow the steps described in “The reset mode”
on page 30 after changing the battery.
Important:
Do not leave an empty battery in the BARIGO PENTA
for a long period of time, because they outgas and may damage the
BARIGO PENTA.
