Check tyres for rips and bulges, replace tyres if the tyre tread is worn away.
Never power wash around the control panels. Always abide by the safety standards
when carrying out maintenance.
ELECTRIC MAINTENANCE:
Disconnect battery ground cable before carrying out maintenance on electrics.
The control panel lids should be closed at all times.
A regular check of the control panel and all the connections is recommended.
When maintenance or repairs are being carried out on the control panel, ensure it is
covered to prevent any rain or water getting in.
Check daily for any damages, worn out parts and good operating switches.
WELDING:
Only welders qualified to European Standards or similar are permitted to perform welding
operations on the machine.
Before working on the plant, switch off and isolate battery power.
Again assess the risk before working on the conveyor.
HYDRAULICS:
Only certified personnel should carry out any maintenance or servicing to the hydraulic
system. Always relieve pressure from the hydraulic system before carrying out any kind of
maintenance or servicing.
