13. Lamp House & Lamp replacement

13.7 Installation of the Lamp House

ARNING

This procedure may only be performed by quali

ed technical service personnel.

AUTION

Due to its high internal pressure, the lamp may explode in either hot or cold states if improperly

handled.

Necessary tools

8mm nut driver or

at screw driver.

How to install the Lamp House in the projector?

1. Check if the

ve quarter turn screws turning wires (reference 1image 13-34) are

ush with the cover or interference will occur

while inserting the Lamp House into the projector.

2. Grip the Lamp House by the handle and place the front of the Lamp House onto the base plate guides inside the lamp compart-

ment of the projector, lining up the pins of the Lamp House with the slots on the base.

3. Insert the Lamp House fully into the slots.

4. Secure the Lamp House by fastening the two retaining screws (reference 1 image 13-35) at the base of the Lamp House. Use

a 8mm nut driver or

at screw driver.

5. Reinstall the cover of the Lamp House compartment.
