Slide the top cover in horizontal direction a few centimeters away from the center of the projector (this to
unhook), then remove it from the projector.

7.3 Removal of the side covers
The illustrations in this procedure are based on the left-side cover. Nevertheless, the same
procedure is applicable for the right-side cover as well.
Required tools
•
Flat screwdriver 7 mm
•
Allen wrench 3 mm
How to remove a side cover?
1.
Unlatch and pivot the front and rear plastic cover doors a few centimeters. This to gain access to the two
thumbscrews of the top cover and the side cover. See procedure

Note:
The side cover is partially captured by the top cover and the front and rear plastic cover
doors. For that, both cover doors have to be (partially) opened first.

Remove the top cover or at least loosen the two captive thumbscrews of the top cover. See procedure

Tip:
It's not needed to remove the top cover completely away from the projector to remove the
side cover.
