Manual startup of the PSU
Why starting up the PSU manually?
To determine the cause of a malfunction TF-20 tile it can be very interesting to exclude the possibility of a bad function PSU. Normally
the PSU receives a ’START’ signal from theRe-sync/controller unit via the power distribution unit. When this signal does not reach
the PSU, because for example a malfunction Re-sync/controller unit, the PSU does not start up.

Never install a TF-20 tile permanently with a jumper link on J100).

RISK OF ELECTRIC SHOCK. First, always disconnect the main power before initializing this pro-
cedure. This procedure can only be performed by experienced service personnel!
Necessary tools
Flat screwdriver.
Necessary parts
Jumper link.
How to startup the PSU manually?
1. Remove the PSU cover by releasing all nuts using a 7 mm nut driver.
2. Place a jumper link on J100 of the PSU.

3. Power up the PSU.
4. Determine the good or bad operation of the PSU.
5. Remove the jumper link from where you placed it in step 2.
