6. Servicing an SLite tile
6.4 Replace the controller unit of an SLite tile
How to replace the controller unit of an SLite tile ?
1. Ensure you understand and follow the “Servicing safety instruction” on page 3.
2. Open the back cover of the SLite tile, see "Remove the back cover of an SLite tile", page 30.
3. You can choose to let the SMPS assembly inside the tile or to remove it, see "Remove the SMPS assembly of an SLite tile", page
33.
4. Remove the controller unit from the SMPS assembly, see "Remove the controller unit of an SLite tile", page 37.
5. Place a new controller unit, see service procedure see "Install the controller unit of an SLite tile", page 38.
6. In case you removed the complete SMPS assembly, in step three, place the SMPS assembly with the new controller back in the
SLite tile, see "Install the SMPS assembly of an SLite tile", page 34.
7. Close the back cover of the SLite tile, see "Install the back cover of an SLite tile", page 32.
8. Re-calibrate the complete LED-wall, using the XLite toolset software. See user guide XLite toolset.
6.5 Replace the power distribution unit of an SLite tile
How to replace the power distribution unit of an SLite tile ?
1. Ensure you understand and follow the “Servicing safety instruction” on page 3.
2. Open the back cover of the SLite tile, see "Remove the back cover of an SLite tile", page 30.
3. You can choose to let the SMPS assembly inside the tile or to remove it, see "Remove the SMPS assembly of an SLite tile", page
33.
4. Remove the power distribution unit from the SMPS assembly, see "Remove the power distribution unit of an SLite tile", page 38.
5. Place a new power distribution unit, see "Install the power distribution unit of an SLite tile", page 40.
6. In case you removed the complete SMPS assembly, in step three, place the SMPS assembly with the new power distribution
back in the SLite tile, see "Install the SMPS assembly of an SLite tile", page 34.
7. Close the back cover of the SLite tile, see "Install the back cover of an SLite tile", page 32.
