2. Installation requirements
2.2 System requirements for the control software
Before you begin
It assumes you are familiar with the Windows operating system at your site.
The CD-ROM in your package contains a Windows-based installation program. You can install the software from the CD-ROM.
System requirements
Minimum specifications :
• Hardware
- PC Pentium III or equivalent, 1 GHz
- 512 Mb RAM
- Free hard disk space: 300 Mb
- XGA resolution (1024 x 768)
- Serial communication port
• Software
- Windows 2000, Windows XP Home or Windows XP Professional
Recommended specifications :
• Hardware
- PC Pentium IV or equivalent, 2.4 GHz
- 512 Mb RAM
- 300 Mb hard disk free space
- SXGA resolution (1280 x 1024) with 32 Mb video memory
- Serial communication port
• Software
- Windows XP Professional
