One line of text is provided. The UMD area provides for only enough characters to fit within the width of the
UMD area. If the text is too long it will be terminated with
“…”
.
The UMD color is adjustable and adjusts all UMDs per Multiviewer output per layout. (The default color is dark
charcoal gray.) The UMD is always red for Screen Destination Program Windows.
Border
The border width is fixed at 5 pixels. Border color is adjustable, with the default color white. The border will go
red in case sync is lost.
6.40 Multiviewer Menu > Modifier area
General
This area is specifically for window adjustments on Multiviewer outputs.
Description
The area is broken up into several sub areas. The left side is for alignment and position of the window. The
right is for misc. controls.
Window Alignment controls
The multiviewer alignment icons are similar to the icons in the Programming alignment panel. For more
details, please refer to the chapter
“

Miscellaneous Control

Clear
Removes the selected window from the multiviewer window.
Refit
Returns the selected window to its original size.
Auto Layout Input
Clears the Multiviewer display and places all selected sources and the background from the list in the
Multiviewer display in the following arrangement.
